This Monday I’m gonna muse about my favorite transitional wardrobe staples. These types of pieces are exactly what you need to help survive the warm days, random cold snaps, and crisp nights.

Today I’m talking about the dreaded task of moving. Not moving, don’t worry – I’m also covering the basics of getting rid of junk and making life easier! Moving really is just spring cleaning from one location to the other… so these tips and tricks really focus on what you need to get organized across your home.

Hey ya’ll so as I promised in Vol. 1, here’s the first change up to my Monday Musings (drum roll please)… I’m adding a monthly moodboard! I love a good moodboard… don’t you?! March to me is all about bold colors and that first transition from winter to spring. This year I’m loving jewel tones, denim blue, basic patterns with a touch of a modern edge.

This week I'm musing about my latest hair, skin, nail obsessions. I'm not much of a beauty blogger, and I'm not much of a primp-per, but I have noticed the importance of trying to take care of my skin, keeping my nails manicured and strong, and making sure my hair is well maintained as I get older.

We're hitting the road... Colorado here we come! Because of this I'm deep in the jungle of road trip must haves, car camping essentials, and everything in between. So for this week's Monday Musings I'm sharing some of my favorite finds. With everything from how to pack, to on the road snacks and what not to forget, this week is all about how to make the most of your (car) travel.

I know most of my readers have already been through the mayhem of planning their wedding, but some of you out there have yet to experience the joy of putting on such an event. I'm excited to say, "I'm back!" – well at least I think I am. My musings this Monday is going to be 5 things I've learned during my hiatus. It’s a little more “real” than what you’re used to seeing, but it’s my next phase in this journey and I hope you enjoy it.
